Project HOPE Mural

This mural is one of five pieces created by incarcerated youth in pre-trial detention at the Multnomah County Juvenile Services Division in Oregon. The artwork was created under the direction of local artist Arvie Smith and the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC).
